Besides interviews and other upcoming writing projects, I hope to use Writing Wednesdays as a way to share books I’ve read this year. Any student can tell you just how hard it can be to find the time to read books for pleasure.
Up to now I’ve finished one book (Fight Club) this year, and read way too many essays and articles for school. I’ve also started reading the first Walking Dead graphic novel and I’m excited to read more. I guess part of the reason why I’m posting this is to motivate me to actually make the time to read this book.
I bought Sway in 2009 before a vacation and read the first few chapters. My boarding pass was still stuck between the pages, a long lost bookmark. I always love weird human interest non-fiction stuff, but I know Sabrina wants to introduce me to a bunch of cool fiction this year also.
With reading week coming up next week, I hope to be able to kick back and dive into these pages.
